秸稈膨化機主要功能是將機械能直接轉化為熱能，瞬間產生高溫高壓，通過出料口壓力驟降使秸稈形成膨化噴放過程，破壞秸稈表面蠟質膜，使秸稈纖維細胞壁斷裂，促進了纖維素、半纖維素、木質素等復雜結構的崩解，產生熟化過程，再經過加入有益微生物發酵菌厭氧發酵后，產生糖化過程，從而使秸稈的理化性狀都發生了巨大改變。該設備使秸稈細胞中可消化的養分充分釋放出來，提高秸稈營養成分和利用價值，使秸稈從利用率低的廢棄物轉化成了易吸收、營養豐富、綠色生態的“秸稈膨化生物飼料”。
Straw puffing machine’s main function is to convert mechanical energy into heat energy, forming high temperature and pressure then blowing. The sudden drop in pressure destroys the surface of the straw fiber wax film, makes the cell wall of straw broken. It promotes the sputtering of cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and other complex structures. After the addition of microbial straw fermentation agent and anaerobic fermentation, the straw fiber produces ripening and saccharifing.
Then the physical and chemical properties of straw have been changed greatly. The device fully releases digestible nutrients from straw cells and improves nutrient composition and utilization value of straw, transforming the low utilization of straw into a kind of nutrient-rich, green ecological puffed biological feed.
